How much does AutoZonBooks cost?
$9.99 per client, per month. Unlimited users. For example, a firm with 25 clients pays $249.75 a month, and a firm with 100 clients pays $999 a month.
Do I pay for each person on my team?
No. Users are unlimited, so you can invite your whole team without changing the price.
Which features are included?
All of them: tasks and close checklists, onboarding, the client portal, AP, the AI Close Agent and skills library, and the sales pipeline. There are no tiers or add-ons.
What does the AI cost?
AI runs on your firm’s own API key, so your AI provider bills you directly for usage. We don’t add a markup. Each run shows its token count and an estimated cost; see the Close Agent page for rough ranges.
